I’ve been busy and kind of lacking in the game department lately. I went through a pretty rough few months but have been healing and feel more emotionally available. I’ve been doing a lot of self-reflection and realized that I’m in need of companionship but not necessarily a relationship in the hegemonic sense.
I don’t get out a lot because of the tiredness and the business. I also don’t like going out by myself. (I suppose what I really need is a wing person, but I’m already in the middle of this post and want to publish it.)
So, tell me, dear reader, should I return to OkCupid?
Despite enduring the pox that is White Western liberal guilt and the headache from hell, I had a good day. I got news that made my day. I got new books. I also realized that my cat is worth more than eating out at restaurants everyday and will go back to buying him the better food. I suppose he deserves it.

Anywho, here’s some Tigres. This shall be my anthem for a while.
I found this on facebook and it was posted on a local cis LGB paper/blog. I don’t like them because they are full of FAIL. So I figured I’d post it here to spare y’all from the fail that is that blog/paper.
This is unacceptable. Just unacceptable. I hope that the local cis-LGB groups and the Trans groups do a visibility action to support her. They always do stuff about non-local issues, I would hope that they would do something to support her. I mean, the “It get’s better” project is in full force, why would they not, right?
Listen, if you’re Latina, you need to support her, especially if you’re in Dallas. I’m challenging *all* Latinas out there to support a fellow Latina. (But challenge your privilege and get that shit in check before you go and make it harder for her.)
So let’s do it. Let’s lift up one of our own with our support. This is a chance to actually help our youth instead of doing a preachy video where we flaunt our privilege.
